About Mickaela:

Mickaela began to dance when she started high school at 15 years old. She knew that dancing was something she really wanted to do so after school she moved to the capital of Sweden to study on a dance academy focusing on street dance. During the years she have been dancing everything from ballet, jazz/modern, hip hop & dancehall.

Later on she found the couple dancing scene and started do dance salsa and bachata. Then she discovered her passion for Kizomba 10 years ago.
 

In 2015 she moved to Paris to invest everything in Kizomba & Urbankiz. There she started to work together with JoJo and they had a great career together.

She has now been working as an Urbankiz teacher for 9 years and have been traveling all around the world to teach.

How to find us?
We are on Sörnaisten Rantatie 33C - use the entrance on the corner with Pääskylänkatu - there is a metal gate which is always open. Up the stairs, walk past the D entrance, keep walking and you will get to the C entrance. If the door is closed, the door code is 7302, you will find us on the 4th floor.
 
Good to know:
We are a dance school and our most prized possession is a wooden dance floor. Please bring indoor shoes and leave you outdoor shoes at the entrance. You can also dance in socks or barefoot.
No drinks or food on the dance floor, please!
